JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Reinforce
Festival culture, guest service, and performance expectations to all
associates. - Oversee Guest Service team, utilizing leadership tools and
maintaining a positive environment. - Communicate department priorities,
delegate responsibilities, and ensure adherence to operating
procedures. - Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and efficient
operations. - Assist guests, manage staff, enforce policies, and adjust
schedules as needed. - Ensure compliance with child labor laws and
handle staffing needs accordingly. - Monitor cart levels and other
duties as assigned. - Maintain regular, timely attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum availability of 24 hours per week with 6 hours
per day. - Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and
organizational skills. - Teamwork mentality and ability to handle
diverse situations. - Understanding of safety requirements and policies.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT - Ability to stand for long
periods, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift merchandise. - Flexible
availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. WORK SCHEDULE -
Part-time position with varied hours, including mornings, afternoons,
evenings, weekends, and holidays based on availability. *****
