JOB REQUIREMENTS: Human Resources Generalist Summary: This position
performs duties related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,
and performance management. The HR Generalist also assists with the
development of policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance
with governmental policies, practices and regulations. Human Resources
Generalist Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for recruiting
and onboarding of new employees from the opening of a position through
the employee\'s onboarding and orientation in collaboration with the
Hiring Manager and Training Department. 2. Develops effective interview
guides and trains hiring managers on interview etiquette; sits in on
interviews with hiring managers to take effective notes and ensure a
consistent process throughout the organization. 3. Assists with the
development and oversight of a creative and engaging onboarding
experience for new employees. 4. Ensures recruiting and onboarding
efforts remain competitive by conducting market research and an ongoing
analysis of local competitors. 5. Work with HR Manager to administer
performance management process, including 90 day and quarterly reviews;
assisting supervisors with performance management concerns and
documentation as items arise. 6. Assist HR Manager with creating and
coordinating employee appreciation items including disbursement of cards
on behalf of the bank, bank wide activities and external company events
(holiday party, etc.) 7. Responsible for distributing exit interviews
and compiling feedback for review by HR Manager. 8. Organize and file
employee records, assisting with shredding filed items in accordance
with record retention requirements. 9. Backup HR Manager in maintaining
employee access and information on time clock system for new hires,
position changes and terminations; fielding questions on system as
needed and assisting with verifying payroll reports. 10. Create and
disperse tools and training to ensure employees stay up to date with
bank news, product and policy changes (Employee Newsletter, etc.). 11.
Keep up to date on policies and procedures, including the timely
completion of all required assigned training. 12. Ensure the
confidentiality of all company records and information. 13. Assist with
other duties and projects as assigned. Human Resources Generalist
