The Administrative Services Division *within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill the *Jira/Agency Move Coordinator (Management Analyst 3) *position. This position is located in our Headquarters Office in Lacey, WA{rel="nofollow"}.{rel="nofollow"} *Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.

In this role, you will serve as a consultant/coordinator/administrator to the Administrative Services Division (ASD) in support of Ecology Service Center-JIRA. You will be responsible for researching, analyzing, evaluating, and making recommendations for selected management issues crossing organizational boundaries with a focus on work orders and facility management needs. You will also be the agency lead and subject matter expert (SME) for our MAC (move/add/change) process and will lead and work with all the program/region service coordinators across the agency. This position serves as Administrative Services SharePoint (SP) Site Collection Administrator. You will be responsible for the oversight of the site collection and will assist our program SharePoint site owners to enhance the effective and efficient security management of SP services based on agency polices and best practices. You will ensure that SP is used in a way that protects and promotes agency information allowing for effective access to information for employees. *Tele-work options for this position: *During the initial onboarding and training process, you will work at our Headquarters Office 5 days each week. Once training has been completed, you will be eligible to work from home 2 days each week.
