Job Description
Demonstrate and promote the company vision and mission; promote company
image through exercising sound and ethical business practices as related to
the public and our customer
Continually strive to improve the quality of work we provide to our clients
through existing and new technologies
Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees.
Communicate professionally, timely and clearly to co-workers, including
"intra" and "inter" departmental employees.
Interact with Interco Representatives at sister labs to coordinate sample
logistics, RUSH requests, answerquestions and inquire about results.
Assist in maintaining a safe and clean laboratory and work environment
Answer phones and respond to incoming client email requests for services;
communicating statues and TAT; communicating to lab client requirements and
requests
Receive and resolve client concerns and complaints; enter issues into
complaint management systerm; work with laboratory management to assist with
resolution
Receive and manage incoming client orders for supplies
Assist with registration of incoming client samples
Assist with preparation of samples to be sent to sister labs or other contract
labs for subcontracted work
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Proficient with computers and programs (Excel, Outlook)
Facilitate work cooperatively and independently
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing and positive personality
Additional Information
Monday- Friday, 9am- 5:30pm
Pay Range: $18/Hr.- $20/Hr.
