Description
We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to assist our manufacturing client with a 9–12-month infrastructure project. The primary focus of this role is to maintain and optimize Cisco SD-WAN and Palo Alto PAN-OS SD-WAN infrastructure. This project is critical. The first phase is to upgrade current networking systems to support product line expansion for a growing company.
Duties
Implement PAN-OS SD-WAN upgrades.
Transition physical hardware from vEdge devices to ISR running Viptela OS.
Manage Palo Alto PA400 series firewalls using OnPrem Panorama.
Manage and configure firewalls.
Configure Aruba A-OS and CX Switches.
Create and maintain network drawings.
Perform other network-related functions as needed.
Maintain strong understanding of dynamic IP protocols (BGP, OSPF).
Experience with replacing and upgrading physical network infrastructure.
Manage complex SD-WAN tasks and manage a significant workload.
Additional
Mid-career professional with a strong background in networking.
Experience with Cisco RSRs and Palo Alto products.
2-3 years IT Networking Experience.
Must be open to contact work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
