PRIMARY PURPOSE: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests of bar and service bar following The Association's alcoholic beverage policies.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Must be well informed on Social Membership policies to ensure safety of The Hideout liquor license.
- Serve wine, draft or bottled beer and food to bar guests.
- Collect payment for drinks served following company established accounting procedures & secure all monies at the end of each shift.
- Promote cocktail hours and special events
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing and handling intoxication of guests.
- Possess excellent knowledge of liquor quality and preparation and keeps updated on new and revised beverage receipts.
- Assist servers in bar knowledge (proper glassware, correct garnish, etc.).
- Clean, sanitize, restock and stores bar items according to procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
