Sales Manager: responsible for soliciting new catering accounts,
entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to
meet and/or exceed food and beverage revenue goals. What will you be
doing? * Manages the sales efforts for the property including weddings
and social catering. * Driven individual focused on achieving both team
and individual success through the delivery of exceptional customer
service * Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market
trends that may lead to changes in strategy to meet or exceed client
expectations. * Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed
revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site
inspections and written communication. * Responds to incoming catering
