We are on the search for a seasoned Controller who will play a pivotal role in steering the financial direction and strategic operations of our client. This position offers a fantastic chance to influence the company's financial management and operational strategies at a high level. The Controller will be an integral part of the leadership team, working closely with executive management to enhance financial protocols and drive strategic initiatives. This role demands a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at overseeing comprehensive financial functions—from planning and analysis to budgeting and reporting.
Lead and revamp the organization's financial functions and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization (e.g., evaluation of potential alliances and pension funds).
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and other financial stakeholders.
Manage and develop a high-caliber accounting team.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to guide budgetary and financial decisions.
Spearhead the development of financial strategies and ensure their alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future needs and trends.
Excellent leadership skills and the capability to manage and mentor staff effectively.
Strong analytical skills and experience creating effective financial strategies.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, able to interact effectively with external partners and internal teams.
Advanced degrees (CPA, MBA) preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years in a relevant executive financial position.
