This position will be based inCleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PAand requires regular travel within your assigned territory. Occasional travel to company sites may be required as needed. We are searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to drive profitable share growth of Gallo products within our assigned Customer Accounts. This role is pivotal in developing and nurturing key Customer relationships to support and expand our diverse portfolio of wine and spirit products. In this role, you will communicate monthly with wholesalers and the Gallo Distributor Management team to inspire and drive the execution of chain priorities and programs. You will also spend time in the field conducting market visits with wholesalers, evaluating and driving execution against opportunities across all Customer Development accounts within your assigned region. Your ability to embrace and motivate others is key to ensuring continuous improvement across Customer Development Standards of Performance. You will partner with Category Management to analyze and evaluate market, sales, and forecast data, identifying business opportunities and developing strategic initiatives. Your role will also involve creating Joint Business Plans with customers and working with appropriate buyers and other customer resources. Managing and assigning corporate resources based on the Customer Tiering model is essential to this position. Your responsibilities will include presenting compelling presentations to secure distribution of new items, identifying opportunities to grow Gallo business across various platforms, and working cross-functionally within the customer's organization. You will develop processes to ensure open communication channels and collaborate with Distributor Management to execute regional and corporate sales objectives. As a Gallo Ambassador, you will advocate for our brands, hosting events and leveraging social media to promote Gallo sales within the community. You will also be responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulations. What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of E. & J. Gallo Winery Sales, Gallo Affiliated or Non-affiliated Distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of CPG sales/account management, retail sales/account management, or corporate business development reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of E. & J. Gallo Winery Sales, Gallo Affiliated or Non-affiliated Distributor Sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of CPG sales/account management, retail sales/account management, or corporate business development reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire.
