With our global team of accomplished cloud experts, we are the most trusted cloud partner in the industry We are seeking a motivated and experienced QA Lead to join our team and play a vital role in our delivery of software and cloud engineering projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, from test planning and execution to defect management and reporting. You will also be a key leader, mentoring and coaching your fellow QA testers to achieve the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of QA testers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies, ensuring thorough testing coverage across all features. Design and implement test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct and execute various types of software testing, including functional, non-functional, and exploratory testing. Identify, document, reproduce, and report defects clearly and concisely. Work closely with developers to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes. Track and monitor the testing process, analyzing test results and identifying areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date on the latest QA methodologies and tools. Participate in code reviews and provide valuable feedback from a QA perspective. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and executives. Qualifications: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a QA team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in various testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing, exploratory testing). Experience with test automation tools (a plus). In-depth knowledge of SDLC processes. Familiarity with Agile methodologies Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
