Harvest & Trim Associate: individual with experience in cannabis cultivation harvest trim operations. The ideal candidate for this role has experience effectively completing all harvest -trim duties and data collection.Job Description: The Harvest & Trim Associate will work with the Cultivation & Operation Managers to complete the day-to-day operation of a cannabis cultivation facilities harvest - trim operations. Harvest & Trim Associate is responsible for working with the harvest & trim operations team members to organize and process the harvested plants. The Harvest & Trim Associate role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Harvest & Trim Associate will report to the Head of Cultivation/Operations and/or Trim Lead to achieve objectives effectively.The Harvest & Trim Associate will maintain records and ensure cultivation data is appropriately and accurately logged in the company’s cannabis software tracking system in compliance with Company processes and state regulations.The Harvest & Trim Associate responsibilities & duties are: -Harvesting plants, manicuring buds, identifying cannabis contaminants, sorting, batching, and weighing product-Trimming dried cannabis plants-Maintain a clean workspace-Assist in ensure deadlines and post-harvest milestones are met-Compensation: Competitive salary
