Description
An aerospace company in Valencia is searching for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced HR Admin with Benefits Administration skills to manage employee benefits, maintain employee databases, and manage HR documents. The ideal candidate will also handle employee queries and help in resolving any administrative problems.
Responsibilities:
Advise and inform employees on benefits packages, including eligibility, coverage, and benefits.
Manage all paperwork related to benefits (enrollments, changes, deletions).
Help employees with any benefits related queries or escalate it as required.
Collaborate with our benefits broker as needed, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits.
Assist in the advancement and day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
Handle, organize, and maintain HR documents and databases with the utmost confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation and execution of orientation programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
2+ years of proven experience in HR administration and benefits management.
Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (specifically Excel).
Great organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
