Perform final review and issue final approval of system design tests and validation procedures. Oversee the debugging and testing of implementations to ensure software functionality. Perform final review and issue final approval of technical documentation for all completed installation projects to ensure project specifications are met. Guide other department personnel in gathering project requirements and verifying product satisfaction with clients to maintain a high level of stability.
