Our MSP Director of Operations will be responsible for:
Managing the contingent needs of a large Kelly client account across all of the client’s North America locations
Managing the contingent talent supply chain on behalf of the Kelly client
Driving operational excellence, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved, positioning Kelly for growth opportunity
Driving financial results through account growth and proper operational management
Meeting with the client’s operational business owners (Hiring Manager Community) to understand their forecasted staffing needs and understanding their level of satisfaction in how we are delivering to their needs
Maintaining and growing key client stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment to the client’s workforce strategy, and consult on future initiatives, enhancements, and forward-looking growth opportunities
Reporting contingent data analytics across the organization, highlighting key events, initiatives, root causes contributing to the performance data
Managing escalations associated with service delivery and proactively working to identify root cause, and implement resolution plan to minimize impact
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience: * *
Proven experience in reviewing, auditing, and optimizing business processes
Strong understanding and experience with technology enablement and automation tools
Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive optimization initiatives
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
Expertise in leading organizational change initiatives with the operations function
Strong team leadership skills
Travel: 10 – 20%
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Account Management, Operations, Sales, or Service Delivery into a Customer Account.
