Job Description Part Time Positions Monday-Friday 8:30 -3:00

The Baker/froster is responsible for making the NBC signature frosting and applying it to the full range of products for walk-in, pre-ordered and marketing orders. This person must keep the display case fully stocked, maintain an ample supply of samples and maintain appropriate par levels of additional cakes. The Baker/ froster is responsible for keeping the frosting station clean, sanitized and running efficiently.The Baker bakes all sizes and flavors of cakes according to set standards and time guidelines. The Baker is responsible for maintaining required par levels and bakes accordingly. They are responsible for keeping the baking station clean, sanitized, and running efficiently. The baker tracks inventory and communicates grocery and baking material needs to management.
