Our successful candidate will maintain excellent client relationships, grow the account and have demonstrated experience with exceptional Full Time Employee engagement and retention. We are seeking a change agent who can bring increased focus on quality assurance, instill safety and sanitation training and procedures for construction, project and asset management.
As Director of Facilities Services you will oversee client relationships, business development and financials, as well as managing and mentoring our fully Integrated Facilities Management team including Facilities and Building Maintenance, Project Management, Environmental Services.
Combine your proven leadership and Facilities Management technical expertise to enhance existing or new client programs including short and long range planning, construction/renovation projects, preventative predictive and corrective maintenance, energy management, and custodial services.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
5 years of Director experience preferably in a university setting
Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
A strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
Strong People Skills – Professional communication skills, ability to motivate, influence , Employee engagement and training, customer service skills with a focus on “can do”
Managed multiple departments at a university including facilities and maintenance, housekeeping, and construction project management
A proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results on Quality Control, Work Order Performance, Capital planning and Asset Management
