We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a background in full cycle AP, with the ability to streamline processes and manage AP clean-up efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Manage the entire accounts payable process, including receiving, coding, and entering invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reconcile vendor statements, address discrepancies, and maintain clean and organized records by updating and correcting any errors in the AP system.
Prepare and process weekly payment runs via checks, ACH, and wire transfers, while maintaining proper documentation and approval workflows.
Lead efforts to clean up and streamline the AP process by reviewing aging reports, resolving outstanding balances, and implementing best practices for efficient operations.
