Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and distribution of client invoices
Ensure all billings are accurate, complete, and comly with company policies and client contracts
Review service agreements and ensure billing terms are correctly implemented
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
Serve a a point of contact for client billing inquiries and disputes
Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
