Daily Tasks

Game Card Associate works in the Redemption area and interact with our Guests and ensure they have a great experience

Part of the job is to be knowledgeable about what Velocity offers, that means knowing what promotions we are offering, addressing any questions or concerns that they have, and getting them set up to have a fantastic time! The other part is making sure that our guests have an environment where the game floor, redemption room and sales counter is clean and organized, restocking inventory, and cash management is adhered to. Requirements:

  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Positive interpersonal skills
  • English speaking, writing and reading skills on a proficient level to communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members
  • Proficient math skills that include experience and ability to process cash handling in a quick and efficient manner
