Job Responsibilities:
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections, BMP installations, and BMP Maintenance
Periodically hauling a trailer with a company pickup truck
Conduct environmental inspections and sampling including asbestos, lead, mold, soil, groundwater, air, etc.
Prepare inspections reports based on the inspection findings
Create maps
Conduct asbestos and lead abatement oversight
Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidates will be required to read, write and speak English
The ability to properly wear and use personal respirator equipment and other forms of personal protective equipment is required
Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a POSITIVE attitude, good organizational skills, a strong work ethic, GREAT customer service, and be reliable
Candidates must have a current valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related science or engineering field
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certificate
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CADD
