Aerotek Utility Technician in Las Vegas, Nevada

Aerotek is hiring Utility Technicians for a Beverage Company. Position pays $29.50. Night shift available 5pm-5am four days a week.

Description:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for performance of the treatment systems with respect to permit equivalencies.

• Leads troubleshooting and emergency response efforts.

• Preparation of Discharge Monitoring Report (DMRs) as required.

• Operates, inspects, adjusts and monitors process equipment, meters, gauges and controls to detect problems/malfunctions and maintain proper level of equipment operation and system performance on air, water, groundwater, wastewater, industrial wastewater and leachate systems.

• Records operational data, meter and gauge readings on specified forms.

• Interacts with client organizations, including engineering departments, site managers, and consultants.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Current Wastewater Operator’s License; Industrial, Biological, Physical, or Chemical.

• Degree in Environmental Science or courses in Wastewater Treatment preferred.

Must have experience working on boilers, chillers, pumps, hvac, and some plumbing
