Summary: Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages orders (from guests and food/cocktail servers) according to set procedures as well as act as a property host. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Open and close assigned bars/outlets at the proper time and to the standards set. Take drink orders from guests and food/cocktail servers. Prepare Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages according to set procedures and recipes. Ensure all orders are properly rung up on the POS computer to the correct profit center.
