Aha Cantina Lead Line is responsible for the training of cooks, pantry/prep cooks and for all food coming out of the Cantina kitchen. Orders are promptly attended and in a timely manner. Proper cooking procedures are a must; due to different cooking time and temperatures timing is critical on these aspects of food prep and ticket time. One to two years hands on operational experience in food service operations preferred. To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to lift 40 pounds, have own tools and have and maintain current food handler card. Be flexible with willing to cross train; must be 18 years of age or older.
