FULL TIME AND STEADY EXTRA POSITIONS
Summary:
Responsible for preparing high volume food for pool bar including hot
hors doeuvres, appetizers, side dishes, hot entrees and other hot dishes
according to the menu
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of all outlet recipes to ensure food preparation
is correct and of high quality
- Check and control the proper storage of all products, checking on
portion control to maintain quality products
- Monitor and keep all refrigeration, storage and equipment in clean,
working condition
- Perform various job duties that will include operation of grill,
fryer, broiler, mixer and oven in accordance with kitchen needs
- Visually inspect, select and use the freshest fruits, vegetables,
meats and food products of the highest standard in preparation of
all menu items
- Read and employ math skills to follow standard recipes and menu
specifications
- Maintain workstation neat, orderly and perform general cleaning
tasks for a safe and efficient shift
- Keeps spoilage/waste to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper
quantities and rotating products/inventory
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company
internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal
regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests
and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service
culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
