Job Summary:

The Experienced Uniforms Coordinator oversees uniform distribution for employees at Stevens Pass and handles the delivery, inventory, issuance, and return of employee uniforms and all transactions related to the resort's operation. Provides the best possible internal and external guest service to ensure everyone has an Experience of a Lifetime! The role requires collaboration with all departments to achieve the common goal of outfitting our employees in the appropriate garments for their roles. This position supports the Base Area Operations Team and reports to the Facilities, Warehouse, and Sustainability Manager. This position also includes special projects geared toward employee engagement/communication and Employee Center staffing at the discretion of the Director of Base Area Operations.

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.76 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receives uniforms from the vendor.

  • Issues employee uniforms and exchanges uniform items when necessary.

  • Coordinates with laundry vendor, or completes laundry in-house, to maintain cleanliness of uniforms.

  • Ensures inventory levels are at acceptable levels within the uniform room.

  • Receives uniforms from employees at the end of the season.

  • Works within the inventory management system (software).

  • Provide a high level of guest service to our employees to make for an enjoyable experience.

  • Maintains the Uniform Room and Storage in a welcoming, clean, organized, and orderly fashion.

  • Creates a welcoming and supportive environment for employees.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Perform daily sales and close procedures while following company and departmental policies and procedures.

  • Communicate in a courteous and respectful manner.

  • Self-starter who can proactively problem solve.

  • Guides Uniform team, ensuring prioritization of tasks to achieve goals, clear cross-departmental communication, and success with the uniform team goals.

  • Ensures communication to all departments about uniform requests, cleaning of uniforms, and end of season procedures is clear.

  • Completes other tasks as directed and assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs - Required.

  • Valid driver’s license with clean record.

  • Adequate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and software systems to effectively complete assigned tasks.

  • Organizational and guest service skills, ability and desire to support resort employees and guests.

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
