Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
- Proven experience as a Jira Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum,
Kanban, etc.).
- Proficiency in creating and managing Jira workflows, schemes, and
dashboards.
- Experience with Jira plugins and integrations (e.g., ScriptRunner,
Zephyr).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into
actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
- Jira Administrator Certification (preferred).
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for
this position is \$102,300 - \$148,350, depending on factors such as
experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based
on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is
eligible for incentive compensation. Moody\'s also offers a competitive
