Dartmouth Health Program Coordinator - Connected Care in Lebanon, New Hampshire

Overview

Coordinates large and growing telemedicine services, maintains and updates workflows, call center and user interfaces. Provides

coordination and tracking of all program activities, assists with managing communications, go-live coordination, and messaging.

Assists with data collection, consumption and structure.

Responsibilities

1.Compiles/inputs data for all telemedicine service lines to assist with the consumption 1. and structure.

  1. Tracks and updates workflows, hub books & trainings guides for a large number of growing sites & service lines.

  2. Manages, updates all site EMR access needs for providers.

4.Researches and implements use of new and existing data/ telecommunications technology to enhance time management, effective

communication, and document management.

  1. Trains site staff and internal staff on technology tools used, oversees implementation, updates and upgrades.

  2. Assists with monitoring implementation activities, deliverables, and deadlines.

Qualifications

●Associate’s degree with 3 years of operational experience or the equivalent experience required, preferably within a healthcare

environment.

● Must have excellent and assertive planning and organizational skills.

●Must have demonstrated capabilities in developing a collaborative approach to program development, establishing policies and

procedures, and ability to support project evaluation.

● Independent thinker who is able to make decisions based on available information and data.

●Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Office Suite including Word, MS Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Smart Sheets, etc.

● Enthusiasm for the entrepreneurial aspects of building a new program within a clinical organization is critical.
