What Youll Be Doing This position provides advanced technical functions to the Department of Community Development with an emphasis on supporting the Customer Service Center enforcement program. This includes investigation, inspection and documentation of Zoning Ordinance and Town Code compliance cases. The position also analyzes legislative entitlements, zoning permits, and site plan approvals in order to conduct inspections for residential and commercial occupancy and bond release. Other customer service tasks include responding to public concerns, educating applicants on process, and answering general questions about the Towns development policies and regulations. This position is "Open Until Filled".
