Summary:

We are looking for curious, hands-on individuals to join our growing Product Marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for uncovering market, customer, and competitive insights that are critical to building go-to-market strategies and informing our short and long-term business decisions. You will be pivotal in building strategies that drive decisions on where the business should invest resources and which opportunities we should pursue. You will work closely with Program Management, Sales, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to create data-driven business plans that identify, define, and validate which products we build and launch. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. They’re highly organized with strong attention to detail. This position will also work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, so a demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively is a must.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Define, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives, including audience definition, product positioning, comms architecture, and launch strategy.

  • Effectively gather, assess, and synthesize market, competitive, and customer data to develop business plans, value messaging, and marketing strategies that validate needs for new products/concepts developed by the team.

  • Partner closely with User Research, Sales, and Product teams to understand consumer needs and the broader competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across all marketing and sales enablement teams to develop core messaging, collateral, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement tools.

  • Create impactful launch, lifecycle, and product end-of-life strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Familiarity with a path to purchase/consumer journey, segmentation insights and actions, website/e-commerce performance, brand positioning, and P&L strategy.

  • Results-driven, with a passion for using data to solve business problems, drive product innovation, and advance our brand narrative.

  • Creative problem solver who can generate innovative marketing ideas and partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Self-motivated with a strong bias toward action, balancing the quality of research with the desire to get insights quickly

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
