The Audit Manager will oversee client engagements, manage client
relationships, and lead audit teams. Experience with for-profit,
non-profit, or both is preferred. Responsibilities: Manage financial
statement audits and client relationships. Supervise, review, and ensure
engagement quality within budgets and deadlines. Mentor and evaluate
staff, fostering a positive team environment. Review work for technical
accuracy and compliance. Understand client operations and participate in
business development. Qualifications: Bachelors in Accounting or
Business (Masters preferred). CPA or equivalent certification required.
6+ years of audit experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
