  • Develops and implements learning and development strategies and solutions that support business needs, create organizational capability and drive individual, team and career growth across the company that optimizes organizational capability to achieve strategic business and operational objectives.

  • Ensures learning & development strategies and solutions support business needs and are aligned with all relevant HR and other functional strategies, practices, and objectives.

  • Utilizing various technology, methodologies, tools and systems, provides critical development and deployment support and services to the learning and development needs of the company, ensuring alignment to our strategic goals and objectives

  • Serves as the content and technical expert regarding learning and development for the team in Mexico.

  • Coordinates and supports the Learning and Development Mexico team, building appropriate course materials to support courses and specific learning objectives.

  • Conducts needs assessment with business/division/functional human resources leadership to identify organizational and individual learning and development needs

  • Designs, develops, implements, facilitates, and evaluates learning and development courses, programs and processes

  • Advises, coaches, and collaborates with management and People & Culture on learning and development programs and processes to ensure consistent and effective implementation across the organization

  • Advises/coaches various management staff regarding learning and development methods and tools

  • Maintains awareness of industry trends and benchmark data in order to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of learning and development solutions and processes

  • +5 year experienciein leading and managing learning and development teams

  • +8 of experience in planning and designing interactive learning activities, including instructional design, course development, and project management.

  • Experience in eLearning development tools

  • Show knowledge and understanding of learning theories, methodologies, and techniques, specially related to the use of technology in adult education.

  • Always accountable for delivery to specific deadlines.

  • Computer literate and software savvy.

  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems.

  • Show exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • English fluency is a must
