Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct invoice research and analysis, review the procure to pay process, and utilize Excel for vlookups and pivot tables to research payment terms. You will be responsible for processing payments and tracking invoices in the procurement system. Your expertise will ensure that invoices are applied properly throughout the procure to pay process.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lewisville, Texas.

Work Environment

This is a project team during the pilot of the procure to pay system. The team will consist of 6 to 8 contractors and 2 to 4 Caliber AP Analysts who will rotate with the contractors. You will report to the manager.
