Randstad is looking for an experienced and motivated Part-Time Fulfillment Coordinator in Lexington Kentucky. This is a Temp to Hire Opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office setting, and have some familiarity with a Warehouse Management System, while also having experience with shipping/logistics. The hours are 8 AM - 12 PM, Monday-Friday.
salary: $16.5 - $17.5 per hour

Responsibilities
Coordinates and provides professional communication with clients, client's retailers, and SCLS vendors
Responsible for scheduling of outbound loads for wholesale orders via Saddle Creek or client transportation management systems and manages BOLs accordingly
Reviews all vendor guidelines for clients and ensures SCL adherences to all requirements; partners with management for alignment as needed • Ensures quality standards are maintained for all wholesale orders
Waves order and prints labels for operations as required
Manages and coordinates projects and functional areas of emphasis within the operation as needed (Kitting, Receiving, etc.)
Provides assistance to Warehouse Leads and Supervisors as needed
Recognizes and communicates to management opportunities for improved efficiency and service excellence
Provides assistance to Warehouse Leads and their respective teams as required
Provides support in investigating warehouse errors and discrepancies
Maintains proper certifications and training
Ships orders utilizing computers and software
Files freight claims as needed
