Position: FMS LSS Logistics, Program, Information Systems, and Financial Support (Contingent Upon Task Order Award)

Overview:

ITC Defense is looking for all experience levels of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistics support in the Naval Air Station Patuxent River / St. Mary's County, Md. area. Experience can be in the areas of International Programs Logistics, Program Analytics and Management, Financial Support, and Information Systems Technology.  Some examples of the type of support that ITC is looking for are provided below under Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Support could be in any combination of (but not limited to) the following general areas:

  • Perform Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) studies, analysis, and evaluations for various international programs which requires thorough technical competence, strong analytical abilities, and a broad perspective on international logistics.

  • Address program requirements in international logistics, devising unique approaches for establishing cooperative support arrangements with U.S. security assistance partners.

  • Assist in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating transportation issues, particularly concerning aircraft, airborne weapons, and support equipment programs in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) transportation to include technical support and material assessment for transportation of hazardous cargo.

  • Support the efforts and actions of FMS Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Leads, utilizing your knowledge of program development and execution to analyze challenging technical and program management problems, recommending insightful and innovative solutions.

  • Analyze and manage all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), as well as applicable DoD and Navy Acquisition policy, Security policy, and Cybersecurity guidance.

  • Provide analysis support and track program/project status and schedules in support of program offices.

  • Assisting Budget Financial Managers (BFMs) in recording allocations, commitments, obligations, and expenditures of the FMS case funds.

  • Maintain and update accounting records, supplement FMS financial MILSTRIP accounting data, and provide technical fiscal guidance, including reviewing, validating, and processing financial accounting transactions.

  • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Department of Defense Secret Personnel Security Clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree - can be offset by additional years of experience
