Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Lincoln, Nebraska

Industrial Maintenance Technician –$30-35/HR

Job Description: Are you a skilled technician with a passion for precision and problem-solving? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a

crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing defective equipment using prints, service manuals, and parts catalogs.

  • Setting up, adjusting, and operating basic and advanced machine tools for precision machining operations.

  • Repairing and maintaining utilities and facility systems.

  • Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines and building systems operate efficiently.

  • Recording repairs and maintenance performed, including time in service, parts used/needed, and completion status. Communicating with other shifts as necessary, verbally or using computer templates.

  • Completing project assignments with consideration to time, cost, quality constraints, and expectations.

  • Performing duties and attending training as required for being a member of the Emergency Response Team.

  • Installing and repairing electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and systems.

  • Aligning and securing proper holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines as requested.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree in electromechanical or mechatronics, OR

  • 1+ year industrial maintenance in a manufacturing company, OR

  • Automotive/diesel degree with production experience, OR

  • HVAC degree with production experience.

Preferred Degrees for Direct Entry into TM6 Level:

  • Electromechanical

  • Mechatronics

  • HVAC Technology or related

Relevant Degrees Requiring Maintenance Experience for TM6:

  • Electronics (with maintenance or equipment repair experience in a commercial or factory setting)

  • Diesel or Automotive techs (with maintenance or equipment repair experience in a commercial or factory setting)

Shift Details:

  • 2nd shift: Mon-Fri, 2:45 PM-10:55 PM.

  • 3rd shift: Sun-Thurs, 10:45 PM-6:55 AM.

  • OT will vary by department. OT schedule provided a month in advance. Open to up to 2 Saturdays/month OT. Can do as much OT as desired.

Dress Code:

  • Steel toes required.

  • Uniforms provided

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64937.60 - $67080.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lincoln,NE.
