Robert Half Sales Account Executive in Lincoln, Rhode Island

Description We are looking for a dedicated Sales Account Executive to join our team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. The role entails managing existing accounts while simultaneously developing new business through marketing and self-generated leads. The successful candidate will possess a consultative approach, learn the business and market intricacies, and work towards exceeding annual new business, retention, and growth goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Develop new business strategies via marketing and generating your own leads.

• Learn and understand the business and market dynamics with a plan to exceed annual new business, retention, and growth goals.

• Utilize CRM and ERP systems for efficient account and project management.

• Travel as required to meet business needs and maintain customer relationships.

• Display strong business development and project management skills.

• Maintain attention to detail when managing a project from start to finish.

• Foster effective customer relationships and manage customer inquiries and concerns. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role

• Proficient in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Demonstrated skills in Business Development and Account Management

• Proven ability in Project Management

• Experience with CRM - Customer Relationship Manager

• Strong Business Development Skills

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent decision-making skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
