YourRole:We are currently lookingfor a 2nd Shift Team Leadto join us at our Lindsay NE location. This position willprovide effective guidance to the welding team. Must be able to communicate safety practices, company goals and deadlines to the team while supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
