Winning IT Consultant - QPR in Lisbon, Portugal

The Quality and Process Referent (QPR) plays a key role in designing, documenting, and deploying IT processes, ensuring compliance with internal governance standards. This position involves supporting various teams by providing guidance, ensuring adherence to established processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The QPR manages a portfolio of projects and applications, adapting to constraints while delivering timely and efficient results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design and Documentation:

Collaborate in the design and documentation of IT processes, ensuring alignment with the company's IT governance standards. Provide support and advice during the deployment phase.

  • Process Compliance and Monitoring:

Ensure that processes are respected within different departments, conducting quality reviews and assessing risks of non-compliance. Proactively support teams in remediating these risks.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to the evolution and standardization of the IT process framework through a continuous improvement loop. Propose solutions and updates to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Perform Quality Assurance Reviews on both project and applications portfolios, ensuring that deliverables meet established standards.

  • Monitor approximately 25 application portfolios and 15 projects annually, ensuring quality and compliance.

  • Provide necessary documentation and support to IT teams in adhering to the established framework.

Core Activities:

  • Conduct quality reviews using a defined methodology, ask insightful questions, and document feedback.

  • Assist IT teams with deliverables and understanding of the reference framework (“MY WAY”).

  • Be a driving force in identifying and proposing remediation plans for identified risks.

  • Support the evolution of the IT process framework, contributing to the scalability and standardization of processes across the group.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English (B1 level).

  • Familiarity with IT processes and governance standards.

  • Strong ability to conduct reviews, provide constructive feedback, and drive process improvements.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
