Within the Digital Operations team, the IT Planning & Scheduling Expert belongs to the End-to-End Supply Chain product line that encompasses two critical areas: Logistics and Planning & Scheduling.
The IT Planning & Scheduling Expert role is strategic and operational, requiring a blend of technical and functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain planning & scheduling processes.
He/She will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, continuous improvement, and strategic expansion of our Planning & Scheduling IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Operation, evolution, and transformation of supply chain planning & scheduling applications
Data engineering & integration of supply chain software
Projects set up: review of the key aspects (technical architecture, cybersecurity, data integration)
Data model mapping and analysis
Design, development and deployment of data pipelines.
Project coordination :
Developing future technology roadmap for Supply Chain.
Gathering business requirements, Analyzing and transforming to application requirements, Performing fit-gap analysis
Contributing to functional design approval process, Interaction with development team to test and deliver the solution
Assisting customer during UAT
Technical Guidance as you will be working across multiple technologies and teams.
Accountable for maintaining elevated levels of solution performance , availability, and stability, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
Maintains comprehensive documentation on supply chain architecture and applications
Promote best practices and standardization across all projects , facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain softwares and tools, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve operations.
Skills and behavioral competencies
Skills:
Extensive knowledge & experience in Supply chain planning & scheduling applications (i.e. DynaSys, Kinaxis)
Exposure to advanced analytics and reporting/dashboards, data acquisition/management (i.e. BW)
Exposure to planning adjacent domains (Logistics, order fulfillment, quality management, production execution, inventory management) is a plus.
Knowledge of programming languages (i.e.SQL, ABAP) is a plus.
Knowledge of Export compliance evaluations (ITAR, Dual-use, etc.) is a plus
