Aerotek Final Assembler in Lititz, Pennsylvania

Job Title: Final Assembler

Job Description

As a Final Assembler, you will precisely assemble components into a final product by following work instructions and blueprints. You will fit cable harnesses, circuit cards, and components into chassis neatly and within tolerance. You will complete discreet wiring into the chassis by soldering and lugging, utilize correct torqueing tools and apply the correct torque during assembly, mix, weigh, and apply appropriate bonding chemicals to electronic assemblies, and maintain J-Standard certifications. Additionally, you will utilize a computer to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing software. You may also be assigned other tasks and duties to support business goals and objectives.

Very technical, clean room type atmosphere with close tolerances in assembly procedures. High requirement for accuracy and quality.
