Insight Global Production Coordinator in Lititz, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Our large consumer manufacturing client is seeking an Production Coordinator to join their team in Lititz, PA. This individual will be specializing in records validation and quality analysis. In doing so, they will be reviewing and managing batch records, uploading them into an internal application, and correcting any data that populates incorrectly. They will work with multiple teams to learn the steps of how batch records are created and filed throughout manufacturing, production, and packaging, and become able to manage this process independently. They will also be monitoring ad analyzing data from these batch records and internal applications and performing quality investigations. IN addition, they will help analyze trends within the quality metrics and identify opportunities to implement process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is an analytical thinker with great communication skills looking to get their foot in the door with an excellent global company. This individual will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, have great communication skills, and have a desire to learn many aspects within engineering in a top of the line manufacturing facility. This is a long-term opportunity with potential to grow into a leadership role.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelors of Science

  • GMP exposure or knowledge

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Lean/Six Sigma Certification

  • Engineering Degree

  • SAP, MES, or Maximo Experience null
