Job Description

Concentrix is looking for a Microsoft Azure Integrations Architect with a strong data integration and ETL development background to implement data integration solutions on the Azure platform. The successful candidate will have a strong customer-oriented focus and is able to work within a customer team to apply the correct Azure technologies (Logic Apps, Data Factory, or microservice in Service Fabric) to ensure customer success in data integration scenarios. There will be an emphasis on RESTful APIs that surface real-time data from multiple backend systems, some of which are not API-enabled. This architect will lead and support development of a 5-person development team. The Architect will collaborate with API design architects to understand OAS contracts produced to date. The Architect will then lead and participate with the development team in producing these APIs along with satisfying any underlying .NET Core application and integration needs to support the API OAS contracts require. The client tech stack is heavily comprised by Microsoft solutions with a focus in Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure APIM, and other Azure related products.

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently with technical and business stakeholders

  • Understand business problems and perform due diligence

  • Hands on in implementing proposed solutions under the guidance of customer technical resources

  • Has technical ownership of the delivery

  • Need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with customer technically and procedurally

Qualifications:

  • 10+ yrs of software development experience in positions of increasing responsibility, including at least 3 years of experience as an architect

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying data integration and RESTful API solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Fabric, or Azure Data Factory

  • 3+ years of experience in RESTful API implementation with at least some design experience

  • 3+ years of development experience in the Microsoft technology stack

  • Good understanding of Azure Infrastructure services and their limitations - Must

  • Strong understanding of Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and CosmosDB, Storage Accounts, and Service Bus, and other Azure data integration technologies and techniques - Must

  • Strong knowledge of Azure Service Fabric, including reliable service configuration, deployment, and listeners (including both HTTP and Service Bus listeners) - Must

  • Proven experience in architecting data flows to support the implementation of performant, real-time RESTful APIs

  • Ability to comprehend solution architectures and operate in a customer-led team

  • Experience provisioning and configuring Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Fabric, Azure SQL, and CosmosDB

  • Expertise in Azure SQL, CosmosDB, Storage Accounts, and Service Bus connectivity and usage through Logic Apps and Data Factory

  • Expertise in microservice implementation using .NET Core 3 - MUST

  • Understanding of reliable service implementation patterns such as circuit breakers, exponential backoffs, triggered retries, queues, spools, and callbacks – Working knowledge

  • Experience in data transformation as part of an ETL pipeline – Good to Have

  • Experience integrating logging and analytics with App Insights – Good to Have

  • Performance tuning of cloud-based applications (specifically, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Fabric, and Azure Data Factory) for best performance – Good to Have

  • Collaborating with customers for quick technical assessment for leveraging platform services of azure – Good to Have

  • Closely work with customer to understand the business objectives and define solutions to meet the business objectives - MUST

  • Experienced in working in agile/devops environment with continuous integration and continuous deployment and application lifecycle management - MUST
