The Cook will be responsible for food preparation such as pulling items
for next day meals. Menu items can include (but not limited to )
Produce, Meat, Seasonings, Vegetables, and Utensils. Food prep also
includes dicing, slicing, chopping, garnishing, and panning. The Cook
will also be responsible for washing and cooking, monitoring foods as
they heat via stove, steamer, fryer and or oven, making sure to reach
desired temperature, yet not overcooking. The Cook will be sweeping,
mopping floors, cleaning counter tops, washing the cooking utensils,
tables, and appliances.
