Job Summary:
The Endpoint Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Endpoint System solutions. This role involves configuring and maintaining Endpoint Systems policies, ensuring compliance, and providing support for mobile and desktop devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MDM, Endpoint security, and a deep understanding of Endpoint Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Endpoint Systems for mobile and desktop devices.
Configure and maintain Endpoint Systems policies, profiles, and compliance settings.
Monitor and troubleshoot Endpoint Systems-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure Endpoint security and compliance.
Develop and maintain documentation for Endpoint Systems configurations and procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on Endpoint Systems-related topics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Endpoint Systems features, updates, and best practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an Endpoint Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Systems (i.e. Intune), Azure AD, and MDM solutions.
Experience with Windows and MacOS device management, as well as iOS and Android MAM management.
Familiarity with Endpoint security and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience with scripting in PowerShell.
Strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar certification.
Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 services and tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

Some travel to the office or elsewhere may be required for team meetings, client meetings, etc. We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled. Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $90,000-120,000.
