Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant to provide application support for our client's business team.

• The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Trade Promotion Management concepts w.r.t. certain Apps such as Kantar XTEL TPM, Blacksmith Forge and will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal application performance, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating user training.

• Application Support: Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues, proposing and implementing improvements where necessary.

• Monitor application performance and suggest measures to maintain application health.

• User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users to ensure efficient utilization of the Apps.

• Develop user guides and documentation.

• Assist users in understanding and using the application effectively.

• Liaison with Stakeholders: Collaborate with the client's business team to understand their needs and offer solutions.

• Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.

• Coordinate with the technical team for necessary software upgrades or patches.

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications

Required

• Work Experience adhering to AMS projects and ITIL practices

• Hands-on Experience on Trade Promotion Management Apps

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
