What We Are Looking For:
In this role you will support the Quality Control Team to perform visual,
mechanical, functional, and dimensional inspection on a variety of
products using various test equipment. You will also perform timely and
accurate quality review of device history records to ensure batch disposition
and release. This person will serve as reviewer and approver for products and
documentation in a medical device manufacturing environment, ensuring
compliance to customer and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:
Perform inspection tasks involving the use of a wide variety of test
instruments and equipment to measure the values and record functional
operation of components.
Determine acceptability and recommend disposition of defective items in
accordance with established procedures.
Generate Non-conformance Reports for submitted product found out of
specification.
Communicates with quality and development engineers concerning product and
documentation defects.
Complete tasks accurately and on-time, paying close attention to detail.
Review and resolve documentation discrepancies and issues with
manufacturing/operations personnel in a timely manner to allow for product
release.
Responsible for final disposition, certificate of compliance and/or
analysis, based on review of all associated documentation.
Build quality into all aspect of the material release process by maintaining
compliance to all quality requirements.
Participate in continuous learning and problem solving.
What You Will Bring:
Knowledge on use of calipers, micrometers, pin gauges. CMM experience is a
plus.
Ability work in a team setting and individual.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to read and communicate in English.
Working knowledge of Word & Excel software applications.
Ability to work across multiple platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks & responsibilities with
competing priorities.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Educational level and background:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience or background with Quality Control, manufacturing or production
environment, preferred.
What You Want To Know:
Hourly Range: $20.00 - $22.00/Hr. (Salary to be determined by the
education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the
candidate, and alignment with market data)
In addition to a salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based
upon company performance.
