Position Purpose
LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is a leading provider of HVAC equipment and

The Project Coordinator II provides support within the Building Intelligence
business unit, working closely with Sales, PMs, equipment requests and
purchases, as well as invoices and files. This position will provide data
entry and tracking functions within various systems and serve as a liaison
between the business unit and accounting. You will be responsible for monthly
SSRS reports. This position will work with Project Coordinator I to ensure all
project bookings are correct.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.00 an hr. plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks assigned as required. Reasonable

the essential functions. The essential functions of this position include but
are not limited to:
Purchase equipment for all temperature control projects.
Process new project bookings from sales into accounting system.
Monthly progress billings for construction projects.
Establish and maintain cordial and functional relationships with factories
and suppliers.
Collect stock transfers from inventory and input to accounting job cost
system.
Serve as reliable integrated backup Project Administrators.
Provide general administrative support for BI division.
Maintain project parts files with purchase orders, inventory
transfers, invoices, bill of material, and transmittal information for
4-6 Project Managers projects.
Order incidental job supplies, tools, uniforms, etc. as requested by
managers and R&D.
Issue subcontracts as required and review/approve their invoices.
Ensure that the monthly review of SSRS report for tax codes and certified
payroll rates are correct and updated, as necessary.
Ensure monthly review of SSRS reports for subcontractor analysis.
Input change order estimates and SOWs.
Lead the closing accounting period.
Assure all LONG subcontractors are insurance compliant.
Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
5 years related work experience or 2 plus years' experience as Project
Coordinator I at LONG.
Computer literacy with specific experience using SSRS, 360, CRM, Key2Act.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements
This position may involve standing for extended periods, sitting,
lifting, bending, and kneeling.
This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and
countertop to floor.
