This role is within the Mission Engineering and Operations (MEO) organization on the Integration Team supporting spacecraft operations through a variety of tasks.

The candidate will utilize strong systems skills and growing program knowledge to serve the MEO Team, other Lockheed Martin Space (LM) peers, and Customers through the following:

• Support software tool and platform maintenance and development

• Work tools to produce metadata to populate non-relational and relational database platforms

• Exercise strong problem-solving skills to identify root cause, recommend and develop a solution

• Support Matlab (Trendi) and Java (REDI) tools, maintenance, troubleshooting

• Support of program efforts involving Trendi (trending) and REDI (scheduling)

• Utilize software expertise in other software areas as needed

• Work at both the Waterton Factory and one other Denver area site (once or twice per week, or as needed)

Being part of the Integration Team dictates our tasks may require updates, tweaks, or modifications to best support the MEO Team and beyond!

Applicants who are most successful in this position, will typically have between 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active DOD Top Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibility

• Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Perl, Bash, Python, Java, C++

• Experience in one or more of the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSP

• MATLAB programming experience

• Experience with Linux systems

Desired Skills:

• Currently Active TS/SCI clearance

• Experience leading development efforts via software development lifecycles

• Object Oriented Programming OOP/data structure experience

• Version Control in Git/Gitlab, Gradle, Jenkins

• Javascript and HTML programming experience

• VersionOne experience as part of an agile development solution

• Automated CI/CD frameworks

• Strong database knowledge (SQL and NoSql databases)

• Linux environment

• Unit, Integration, and Regression test experience

• Selfstarter

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
