Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in, or directly relevant to logistics activity both with the US customer and Chinese supplier.

- Create daily shipment plan that meets daily requirements for customers.
- Manage all inventory status, communicate with suppliers if there is a critical low inventory level.
- Maintain communication with customers for any release change or emergency issue.
- Collaborate with other departments and minimize negative impacts on business.
- Maintain function and data correction on the company operations system.
- Stay informed of logistics technology advances and apply appropriate technology to improve logistics processes.
- Develop and implement technical project management tools, such as plans, schedules, and compliance matrices.
