Overview: Stagedoor Manor Camp is seeking a Assistant Head Chef in Loch Sheldrake.
The Assistant Head Chef should be competent in...Institutional scale cooking from scratch. - Large volume from raw ingredients. - Knowledge of cooking for dietary restrictions. - Comfortable with taking & giving instruction as well as supervising a multilingual/cultural workplace. - A see the problem fix the problem attitude is a must. - Team player. - Flexible. - Opportunity for a recurring summer position, assuming all goes well in the first year.

Shift and Salary; This is a Full-Time Seasonal position (6/1 - 8/20/24 Season), Monday - Saturday, Shift Varies, 40-50 hours weekly, $750- $900 weekly.
